Wash and Clean the car, take some nice photos of it, put together a binder with all the details and paperwork for the car, put a for sale sign on it, and try various different websites. Parting out a Z takes a lot of time and effort. You might make more money, but the time you have to put into it will be a lot more than simply selling it. Don't ruin a Z if it is not wrecked beyond repair.
